How is the OT delivered to my PRC?

The Optimization Tool is delivered to your pregnancy resource center in 3 phases:

Phase 1: QUALIFY

• Eligibility interview
• Board approval
• Establish contractual relationship

Phase 2: IMPLEMENT

• Placement in a coaching cohort
• Establish transition timeline
• Materials delivered (OT, measurement systems); Center delivers current baseline stats
• Schedule training process
• Initiate 4-month intensive training and implementation process

Phase 3: INNOVATE

• Transition into post-implementation coaching
• Initiate innovation stage
