Is My PRC Eligible for OT Training?

Our Mission: To reverse the national abortion trend by helping Pregnancy Resource Centers reach more women at risk for abortion and serve them in a way that consistently helps them have their babies.

The Optimized Medical Model and CompassCare's Optimization Tool is not right for every pregnancy resource center. The CompassCare Optimization Tool is a powerful tool that needs to be placed in the hands of people ready and able to use it effectively. Therefore, PRCs considering Optimization must prayerfully and carefully consider the following eligibility criteria:

PRC Eligibility Criteria

1. Must currently offer medical services, provided by licensed medical professionals.  Or, must be in the process of considering the addition of such services.
2. Must have an annual budget of $80K+
3. Must have a focused Mission Statement. For example: "to erase the need for abortion in Rochester"
4. Demonstrate a commitment to improve and streamline services, which could include creating partnerships with other local organizations to provide material assistance for clients instead of managing those programs internally 
5. Board has consensus on decision to transition to a medical Linear Service Model
6. Working to define measurable results. Example: "We are successful if '____' happens."
7. Actively advertising to reach target market (pregnant, at-risk women)
8. Using up-to-date technology, such as dedicated Internet access with separate phone lines, mobile phones for core staff, etc.
