Training for Development Directors - Implementation Process
- Training is delivered by webinar.
- For the first 13 weekly sessions, training sessions alternate with Q&A sessions.
- At the conclusion of each training session, PRC’s in training are provided with guidelines to implement the training just delivered. To assure accountability, centers are also provided with an Implementation Checklist that specifies the goals for implementation over the next two weeks.
- Q&A sessions provide the opportunity to clarify the training and provide between-session coaching as the centers are implementing the model.
- In the second 13 week timeframe, coaching and mentoring sessions continue in Post-Implementation Groups, bi-weekly at first, and then monthly.
- At the conclusion of 26 weeks of training, the centers join the community of high-performing PRC’s for ongoing monthly Post-Implementation Coaching Group meetings
