CompassCare Optimization Tool Training

Training is delivered using online and phone conferencing technology, eliminating the need for PRC staff to travel and allowing a large amount material to be delivered and learned over the course of 4-6 months, in conjunction with coordinated implementation schedules.

CompassCare Optimization Tool Training is divided into 3 areas of training, each designed to prepare your core staff to reach more at-risk women and consistently help them have their babies.

Executive Training helps you take your PRC to the next level with strategic planning, implementation, assessment and more.

Client Service Directors and Nurse Managers take part in the Patient Platform Training, providing all of the tools and rationale needed to implement the OT 15-Step patient service system.

Development Directors are trained on how to build funding, volunteer base and reputation in the community in order to establish a stable resource system for the organization.
