OT Coaches Are On Your Team

I was talking with a PRC Executive Director recently, and she asked me why the OT Program was so successful in all of the centers that had implemented it. I think she expected me to say something complicated, like "the completeness of the patient service scripts, and all of the research that has gone into developing our communication with the Abortion Minded woman." I didn't. I responded definitively with a simple answer: "The Coaches."
